Order

No, you don’t need to register to place an order. You can check out as a guest — quick and easy!

Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, unfortunately it cannot be changed. However, you may still cancel your order. If you’d like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. You’ll receive a full refund if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. If your items have already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Shipping charges will be added at checkout. Prices are accurate at the time of publication, but we reserve the right to change them at any time without notice.

Payment and Security

All payments on our site are secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which ensures your personal information is kept private and protected. For extra safety, we recommend logging out after each session — especially when using a public or shared device.

Currently, you can pay for your order using internet banking, credit card, or PayPal. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Delivery

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the items in your order. Some products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, in which case delivery is free of charge. Please visit our Delivery page for more information. for more information.

Standard sized items: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days (rural areas may vary). Oversized items: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days (rural areas may vary). Items shipped from our China warehouse: Estimated delivery is around 15 business days, though this may vary depending on the item and destination. Some orders may arrive sooner or take a little longer, especially in rural areas.

Most products are shipped directly from our New Zealand warehouse for faster delivery. In rare cases where a product ships from our China warehouse, this will be clearly marked on the product detail page.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its delivery status.

Sorry, we currently only deliver within New Zealand.

No, we do not offer split delivery to multiple addresses at this time. All items in one order must be delivered to a single address.

Return

Yes, but only in cases of shortages, damaged items, or defective products. You’ll need to provide proof, such as clear photos, when requesting a return. Please note that most products shipped from our New Zealand warehouse are tested before dispatch, so the chance of defects is very low — except for any damage that may occur during delivery.

Please contact us first to arrange your return. We’ll guide you through the process based on where your item was shipped from. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.

Please do not throw away the packaging or the damaged item. Contact us immediately with photos so we can inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the steps to reset it. You’ll receive an email with instructions.

Log in to your account and update your information in the “Account details” section. If you need help updating your email address or other details, feel free to contact us.
