Rural / RD addresses: A NZ$5 rural surcharge applies to NZ-stock delivery, including orders that qualify for free shipping. The rural rate is the total delivery charge and already includes this surcharge.

Oversize items may incur additional shipping charges.
Orders that qualify for free shipping may still require additional fees if the item is excessively bulky or large, due to courier volume-based pricing.

In rare cases where the actual courier cost exceeds the estimated shipping fee, we may contact you to arrange additional payment.
If the actual courier cost is lower than expected, store credit may be issued for the difference.

📦 How we deliver

🏡 Rural Delivery — NZ$5 Extra

For NZ-stock orders delivered to a rural or RD address, select a Rural Shipping option at checkout. Rural rates include the standard delivery charge plus a NZ$5 rural surcharge. If your order qualifies for free shipping, select the matching rural option and pay NZ$5.

Urban / non-rural rates are for non-rural addresses only. Rural address detection is not automatic: please select the correct delivery option. If an urban rate is selected for a rural address, we may contact you to arrange the NZ$5 surcharge before dispatch.

Free store pickup has no rural surcharge.

Orders that meet free shipping criteria may still incur additional charges if items are considered oversized.
If your cart includes both standard and oversized items, shipping will be calculated accordingly.
NZ-stock rural / RD delivery costs NZ$5 more than the matching urban rate. This surcharge also applies when an NZ-stock order qualifies for free shipping.

⏱️ What are your delivery timeframes?

📍 NZ-stock items: 4–7 business days (urban), 5–10 business days (rural)
📦 Oversized items: 5–10 business days

🚛 Who will deliver my order?

CourierPost, Aramex (Fastway), or other courier services.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

✏️ Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Once an order has been confirmed we are unable to change the delivery address.
Please contact the courier company directly for redirection options.

📦 I didn’t pick up my package. What happens now?

If your parcel is returned to us, we will refund the item(s) only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚫 The courier couldn’t access my address?

Some rural or restricted areas may not be serviceable.
Please consider using a local post office or alternative delivery address.
