Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).

Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 weeks of receiving your returned item. This includes courier transit time, inspection, and bank processing. We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been approved and issued.

To return an item, log into your account, view the order under “My Account,” and click the Return Item(s) button.

Note: Some items that are part of our extended online collection may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect. Please refer to the product description for fulfillment details.

Shipping

• 📦 Standard-sized items (NZ warehouse): Shipping fees vary by NZ region (starting from $6).
• 📦 Oversized items: Extra charges apply depending on region (up to $17).
• 🌏 Global range items: FREE shipping included in product price. These items are part of our international online collection and may ship separately from our global partner warehouse.
• 📅 Estimated delivery:
  • Urban: 4–7 business days (NZ stock)
  • Rural: 5–10 business days
  • Global range: 10–15 business days (may vary by region & customs)

Note: Oversized or rural deliveries may require additional charges. We will contact you before dispatch if additional payment is needed. Please refer to our full delivery policy for full region-based pricing.
