Handling Walk-Outs (Unpaid Items)

Stop & Ask: Call out to the customer and ask if they have paid for the items.

If They Keep Walking:
• Call Mall Security immediately.
• Provide: Shop name, exact time, customer's appearance, stolen items, and the direction they went.

Telegram Report:
• Send a message with the CCTV time, the store section they were in, and the stolen items.

CCTV Check:
• Find the person on CCTV and share their photo in the Telegram group to alert the rest of the team.

Handling In-Store Theft

Putting Items in Personal Bags:
Politely inform them, “Items cannot go in your bag before payment,” and ask them to take the item out.

Hiding Items in Pockets or Clothes:
Firmly ask them to put the items back on the shelf.

Items Suddenly Missing (Suspected Theft):
If you saw them holding an item and it suddenly disappears, ask:
“Where did you put the item you were just holding?” and have them retrieve it.

Telegram Report:
For all of these cases, report the incident on Telegram. Always include the CCTV time, the store section, and what happened.
