[ 1. Entering Customers ]
Greet with Eye Contact
Acknowledge every customer as they walk in.
Observe Appearance
Pay close attention to open bags (tote bags, shoulder bags, gift bags) and accessories like hats or scarves.
This helps prevent items from being slipped inside or worn out of the store.
[ 2. Customers in the Shop ]
Offer Assistance
Approach customers and ask if they need help finding anything.
Monitor Items
Keep a careful eye on what products they are holding in their hands.
[ 3. Leaving Customers ]
Verify Payment
Ensure all items they were holding have been paid for before they leave.
Check Strollers
Pay special attention to baby strollers or prams.
🛒 Supermarket Trolley Policy
General Rule: Supermarket trolleys are NOT allowed inside the shop.
If Unavoidable
Politely ask the customer to park the trolley near the counter while they shop.
Elderly Exception
If an elderly customer relies on a trolley for walking support, please allow it.
However, approach them quickly to help them find what they need so they can finish shopping smoothly and promptly.
